Groom's Vow

Lili,
today before God and men, I commit myself to a lifelong covenant with you. As a sign of this covenant, I give you this ring.
I promise to strive to love you as Christ loved the church
to love you graciously, forgiving wrongs
to love you faithfully, desiring no other
to love you with charity, placing your needs above mine
to love you gently as a precious treasure and gift from God
to love you with sincerity, that we may always be in honest fellowship with one another.
to love you sacrificially, giving of myself to serve you
and to do all this unconditionally, just as Christ loved us first, before we even knew Him.
All this I promise, while I promise to love God first, and follow His guidance, as I strive to lead us in a life that glorifies Him.

Bride's Vow

Chris, when I look at you, I see the one I love, the person I want to spend the rest of my life with, my best friend.
I see my leader.
I promise to love you unconditionally, follow you wherever the Lord leads you, respect your decisions even when I disagree, encourage you when you are disappointed, stand by you and support you in everything.
I promise to pray for you each day.
I pray God gives you wisdom to lead us, strength to do His work, and perseverance in all things.
I trust that God will teach me how to be the best mate for you.
I know when I follow you, I follow Him as well.
You are always going to be the most important person in my life after God.
